Eppo van Nispen, director of the Library Concept Center (DOK) in Delft, Holland was visiting Finland as part of the international lecture series organized by the Helsinki City Library as one of the year long events celebrating its 150th year. Eppo, with a background in the media field, shares his vision of what today and tomorrow’s library should focus on: the user.
